1. Acceptance of conditions

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and understood the conditions set forth in this text, declaring his acceptance without reservation.

  1. How to buy

To make your purchases, please follow the steps below:

  1. The minimum order is 11 euros.
  2. Select the product you wish to buy by clicking on the picture
  3. Once inside the product, click on the “Add to cart” button.
  4. You can then continue shopping or finalize your order.

Once you have verified that the products you have selected are in your shopping cart, you will proceed to finalize your order. To this end:

  1. Select a shipping zone, payment method and shipping method
  2. If you are not registered, you will be asked to enter your data, if you are already registered you will have to log in with your e-mail and password.
  3. Confirm your order.
  4. You will receive an e-mail with the details of the order you have just placed.
  1. Prices

The price of the products offered on this website is expressed in Euros and includes applicable taxes and shipping costs.

The final purchase summary shows the final price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes and the price with VAT.

 

After confirming your order, you may proceed to pay for it by one of the following methods:

  • Credit or debit cardthrough the Bank’s secure payment gateway.

If you choose to pay by credit card, the order will be charged through the payment gateway that you have through Santander Bank.

  1. SHIPPING

Shipments are made to: Peninsula.

Delivery times are:

  • Peninsula: Delivery time 3 – 4 working days.
  • Balearic Islands: Delivery time 5 working days
  1. Order cancellation

The customer may cancel the order without any cost or justification as long as the order has not been shipped.

For cancellations, please contact comercial@ecolamsspain.com.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the goods once you have received them, in accordance with the following return conditions.

  1. Returns

If we receive notice of cancellation after the order has been shipped, we will consider it a return.

In case of return, the return costs are to be borne by the customer.

 

  1. Warranty

In the event of a defective product, LAMS SUMINISTROS NOROESTE, S.L. will proceed to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, as appropriate. These steps will be free of charge for the customer.

The deadline to respond for these deficiencies will be 48 hours after delivery.

This warranty does not cover defects or flaws due to incorrect use or handling of the product or wear and tear caused by normal use of the product.

  1. Applicable jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish law.

For the resolution of any type of conflict or controversy that may arise in relation to these conditions, and in the event that an amicable solution is not possible, the courts and tribunals of the city of Vigo shall have jurisdiction.
